1. Overview
More Fit (the "App") is a mobile and web platform that delivers training programs, nutrition guidance, personal-trainer (PT) matching, and a content feed. The App is operated by an individual developer trading as "More Fit" ("we"), based in Türkiye. By using the App you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
2. Account, Membership & Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You can create an account with email/password, Google, or (on iOS) Sign in with Apple, or try the App as a guest (anonymous) without registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; if you notice unauthorized access, change your password at once and notify us.
3. Health Disclaimer
The content, programs and PT advice in the App are for general information and fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or care. If you have any health condition, injury, or a special situation such as pregnancy, consult a doctor before starting a program. You perform exercises at your own risk; to the extent permitted by law, More Fit is not liable for injuries arising from workouts performed via the App.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All text, video, articles and programs in the App belong to More Fit or to the partner creators who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. You may not resell, reproduce or republish them on other platforms. Measurements, photos and messages you upload remain yours; we process them only to provide the service to you.
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
The App offers two auto-renewable subscriptions: Premium (monthly) and Premium Plus (monthly). Key subscription terms:
- The applicable price and billing period are clearly shown on the App's purchase screen at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription after purchase in your device account settings (App Store or Google Play) or via the in-app Manage Subscription link.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- Refunds are handled according to the refund policy of the store where you purchased (App Store / Google Play).
- If you cancel, premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- This agreement is concluded between you and More Fit only, not with Apple. More Fit alone is responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- More Fit, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual-property infringement claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

7. Google Play Additional Terms
If you obtained the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service and related payment terms also apply. Subscription management and refunds are handled under Google Play's rules.
8. Acceptable Use & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice where necessary, any account that violates these terms, harasses other users, publishes unlawful or misleading content, or jeopardizes the security of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Fit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes
These terms may change over time. Material changes are announced via in-app notice and/or email. The current version is always available at /legal/terms-of-service.
